Annual Inspiration

The new CTMH idea book Annual Inspirations, which will be available to order from starting August 1st, will now be the main catalog for an entire year (Aug. 1, 2014-July 31, 2015) with smaller Seasonal Inspirations booklets coming out twice during the year.  It is an exciting change from the former Idea books that were released every four months.  I'm sure you will be excited to see all of the wonderful product and artwork contained in it.  Contact me to purchase your own Annual Inspirations Idea Book (free for Scrapbook Club Members) or you can visit the Close To My Heart website to browse one online.

NEW!!--CTMH Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge

Here is a sneak peak at one of the new items in the Annual Inspirations Idea Book.  A Cricut cartridge with nearly 700 images that can be used for card making, scrapbooking and all kinds of paper crafting projects! At the CTMH Convention they presented so many great samples using this cartridge--I'm excited about its release estimated to be in August.

Fourth of July Banner

Together with my friend Laine, I created this patriotic fourth of July banner. We used patterned paper she had acquired from a friend and the Storybook Cricut Cartridge for the letters.  I am very pleased with the results and it was fun designing and making them together.

CTMH Convention

Although I have been a consultant with Close To My Heart for almost 8 years, I have not been able to attend a CTMH Convention until now.  It was an Artistic Adventure at the Disneyland Hotel in Anheim, CA. It was an awesome experience including laughter, tears, excitement and great inspiration.  The unveiling of the new idea book and new products was one of the highlights.  I also especially enjoyed the Extravaganza classes where we were taught by creative people how to use some of the CTMH products in "outside of the box" ways.  The business classes were also motivating, informative and inspiring.  Close To My Heart is a great company to work for as a consultant and I am glad to be a part of it.  Thanks to three great days at convention, I have a lot of ideas that I hope to be able to put to use in my CTMH business.  And I am so excited for many of the new products that will be available with the new idea book.  I plan to share some of them over the next few weeks, so come back and check them out.

NSD Event Layouts

May is National Scrapbook Month and my friends, Mary Thompson and Sue Nelson, annually organize and put on a hugely successful Crop Event held on the first Saturday of the month.  One of the many components of the event is the sale of scrapbook layouts designed by Close To My Heart Consultants.
